Your favourites reinvented with crafted detail & artisanal flair.
The Daily Grind was established in December 2008 as Kuala Lumpur’s very first gourmet burger restaurant dedicated to serving a range of crafted gourmet burgers for the adventurous. Our vegetarian options are every bit as yummy too!
Made from 100% prime beef, lamb and chicken, our patties use the freshest ingredients, to complement our artisanal home-made sauces. We buy only premium cuts of chilled imported halal meat and grind them on the premises in a temperature-controlled process. All patties are then weighed and moulded, enabling us to completely control the patty-making process and to be absolutely certain of the quality and freshness of everything we make.
Apart from burgers, our menu is curated for comfort dining. Some are forgotten favourites reinvented while others are perennial staples at the dining table. Come have a scrumptiously, juicy burger with a cold beer to wash it down or just drop by for a great cup of coffee and try a slice of our heavenly home-made cakes.

3 weeks agoNice western Americana concept restaurant, though prices are quite expensive for the portion served. The burgers taste good though a bit dry, fish and chips was good and the lasagna was lovely and rich. Bangers and mash generally ok, generic sausage instead of homemade ones or specialty sausages.Decor and place is like an American style joint and they have a bar on the side. Spacey and not too crowded.

a month agoI ordered the fish burger and the root beer float when visiting here. The fish burger had 2 small pieces of barramundi fillets. Which basically were 2 fish fingers. Not worth the price they were charging for itTeam there were alright, atmosphere was fine as well. But definitely don't order the fish burger.

6 months agoBeen here a couple of times for dinner and although prices are to the high side, the quality of the food is great. Had the chicken burger this time and no complaints. Bun was soft, patty was juicy and side salad fresh. Less packed compared to other restaurants within Bangsar Village / Bangsar

7 months agoI've actually came here a few times and the latest I came was with my colleagues. I remember the first time I came here the burgers really filled me up, but the latest visit I easily smashed my burger and sides and my colleague's food and still wasn't satiated. Has the portions gone smaller or has my stomach capacity stretched beyond recognition? I'd like to think the former because otherwise it'd be expensive for me.More often than not I opt for the Sloppy Joe's because I like having sticky juicy meat on my hands, especially the ones that fill you up. Aside from the burger, the place is famed for their waffles, which you should order. That thing is doused big time with cream sandwiched between the waffles. But I wish that the food came a little bit sooner, and the music wasn't as trash. I think the service was also just meh.
