a month agoThis cafe doesn't have Halal certificate. So, for Muslims who want to eat here, I'd suggest that you order non-meat meals and ask for vegetarian options. The piccolo is absolutely delicious. The pancakes are amazing. They aren't normal pancakes, but they are fluffy with sweet fillings. I love the mushroom pesto. It's creamy and tasty. The vintage decor is beautiful.*** Latest visit, I talked to a Muslim staff and asked about the supplier of chicken and meat. He confirmed that the food sources are Halal.

2 weeks agoFamous coffee shop, with a souvenir shop in front of the sitting area. Came around 11.30AM on a Friday and had to wait around 10 minutes to get seated. Ordered a cup of Salted Gula Coffee and Croissant with Spicy Sauce. The coffee tasted good, just slightly salty but it was okay. The dipping sauce for the croissant, was expecting it to be a bit spicier. It tasted good but would be better if it was spicier.

in the last weekThis is our first visit. Walk in for a group of 4 pax and need to wait for half an hour due to peak hours. The food is great and the service is quite fast. Shout out the staff name Hafiz for being really helpful. We will visit again in the future.

2 months agoVisited this cafe in Melaka not too long ago, service was good, staff were all rather friendly. However on the day we visited we observed that some drinks were out of stock maybe due to the high volume of crowd.The pastries were very aesthetically pleasing and were bright in colours. I had tried the cheesecake and berry smoothie which were both very much to my liking. The smoothie is not overly sweet and the cheesecake was very dense and creamy.Definitely worth a try, but for the price point I don’t think I would be back a second time as there are several cafes in the area!

a month agoWent here for a food and a fix of mood. Definitely one of the places that I will visit every time went to Melaka.It’s pretty crowded, but the staff handle their customers very well. If you come a bit late, you already need to queue. No worries tho, they jot down your name and you need to wait for your turn fairly.Ambience in this cafe also very excellent. With good food and ambience it’s just perfect for a relaxing time while sipping good coffee.I would recommend this cafe to anyone who went to Melaka, especially near Jonker street.
