Forget those limp hotel buffets, Melaka fam! Your breakfast dreams are about to come true at The Daily Fix Cafe, a vibrant haven where coffee flows like magic and pancakes pile high like your weekend to-do list.
Step into this Jalan Hang Jebat gem and prepare for sensory overload. Mismatched furniture grooves with quirky artwork, and the air hums with the happy chatter of locals and travelers alike. It’s like stepping into a friend’s kitchen on steroids, but with way better coffee.
Speaking of coffee, it’s legit! Ethically sourced beans whisper sweet nothings to your taste buds, brewed to perfection for a cup that’ll kickstart your day like a well-placed high five.
But the real stars of the show are the pancakes, oh, the pancakes! Fluffy towers of heaven adorned with everything from classic maple syrup to drool-worthy salted egg, these bad boys are breakfast goals personified.
Need something savory to tame the morning beast? Their sandwiches are epic sagas of fresh ingredients and flavor explosions. And if you’re feeling peckish for something sweet, the baked goods are pure temptation – think melt-in-your-mouth cookies and brownies that’ll send your taste buds on a sugar rush vacation.
The Daily Fix isn’t just about fueling your body, though. It’s about feeling good. The staff are sunshine personified, always ready with a smile and a chat. The music is upbeat and infectious, and the atmosphere is a vibrant tapestry of laughter and good vibes.
So ditch the boring and head to The Daily Fix! It’s a Melaka experience for your soul, a caffeine haven with a side of pancake paradise. Trust me, your Instagram followers will thank you.

2 months agoThe cafe had nice deco and food was decent. We went there twice during our short stay in Malacca. Coffee was ok and we saw the barista weighing the coffee (which means to us they were serious about their craft). Gula melaka cake was unique. There was a storefront in front selling ice cream, coffee and souvenirs, and we grabbed some caps. Overall, one of the more centralised and popular cafes in the Jonker Walk area.

a month agoThe Gula Melaka cake here is divine—rich, moist, and perfectly balanced in sweetness. Pair it with their creamy latte for the ultimate treat! This cafe has such a cozy, inviting vibe, though it does get a bit warm inside (pro tip: grab a seat near the fan!). A great spot to unwind if you don’t mind the slight heat.

2 months agoThe Daily Fix had been our daily source of yumminess during our visit to Melaka……. extremely touristy yet no compromise on quality! Their signature ‘Gula melaka sweet salted hot latte’ is a must must try! The strong coffee flavour mixed with rich gula syrup enhances the coffee experience to the next level. To make it more interesting, pair this with their ‘Gula Melaka cake’ and it’s a match made in heaven I would like to add that their portions are really huge so please do not over order. One can see all young serving staff/at the counters and they are warm and quick. They sell some cute merchandise outside the cafe too. The food is yumm and might feel pricey but considering the portion sizes, it is ok. We tried the ‘Avocado toast’ which is so tasty, a must try ! Besides we also had the ‘TDF Chicken club sandwich’,‘Grilled chicken sandwich’,’Veggie club sandwich’,‘Lemongrass chicken burger’ and ‘Buffalo chicken burger’ …….each one of these so delectable, comes with fries and salad on the side. And the ambience is so pretty……cute instagrammable cafe, they have seating upstairs too; I really liked that they give places based on availability and do not scout based on group size. Only annoying thing is that we have to order at the counter, which is a hassle considering the place is so popular and always crowded. All in all, a very nice bistro and would recommend everyone to visit it.

a week agoThe cake was nice but the eggs Benedict was disappointing. The poached egg wasn’t runny and everything was super bland. We also ordered the club sandwich, it was ok nothing crazy, very sad after hearing crazy good reviews of the place. The Salted Gula Melaka latte was nice though just super sad with the food

a month agoIts entry is through a souvenir shop. It is one of the most popular cafes in Malacca. I loved their carrot cake and passion fruit mango juice. The decor is very unique and beautiful with lots of vintage items. However it can get very crowded here. Not ideal if you want to work on laptop here. Prices are on the expensive side.
