All dishes tasted decent. Their homemade tofu was pretty amazing. 3 stars because the texture of the siakap fish was not good and all dishes portion are too small.
I recently had an amazing meal at Swan Restaurant Kuantan and wanted to share my thoughts on a few standout dishes. First, the Salted Egg Squid was a winner—crispy squid coated in a rich and creamy salted egg yolk sauce. Next, the Yam Basket stole the show with its crispy exterior and flavorful yam and mixed mushroom filling. If you’re looking for a taste of authentic Chinese cuisine, make sure to try these dishes at Swan Restaurant Kuantan. You won’t be disappointed!
We ordered steam pomfret with ginger. The fish was not fresh. We complained and they took it to re cook again. Came out like chewing gum. We complained again but nothing done - 140 ringgit for it only had 1 bite Hokkien mee was a disaster. Tasteless and too much soy sauce. Never going to step in here anymore. Total bill came to 220 ringgit with Chinese tea.
We are glad to choose this restaurant and spend more. We had 3 beans vegetables, flower crab (chilli style), ginger fried rice and pomfret (soya sauce). Seasonal so price is higher. RM 310. Very fresh food, superbly done. Love the professionalism and efficient, and clean toilet.

a month agoHad a good dine-in experience at Swan Seafood. The best dish I had is Indonesian Prawn. Staffs were very attentive and friendly. A bit pricey.
