    I recently dined at Sushi Shin JB and was thoroughly impressed by both the service and the food. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure our dining experience was top-notch from start to finish. As for the food, each dish was a masterpiece of flavor and presentation. The sushi was incredibly fresh, and the attention to detail in every bite was evident. I particularly enjoyed [mention standout dish here]. Overall, Sushi Shin JB exceeded my expectations, and I can’t wait to dine there again

    Date visited: 25 Feb 2024.Impressive omakase with amazing flavours and great hospitality from chef. Sure, not every dish was perfect as few had fishy taste, but the rest were executed pretty much flawlessly. Chef was generous on uni and caviarIn conjunction with CNY, the complimentary yu sheng was also delicious and refreshing. Towards the end, surprised by complimentary birthday cake 🥺Shiok rating 10/10, might even be the best omakase I've had so far

    Went for their lunch and had the Tsuki Omakase. Was impressed by the creativity of the chef and all of the dishes were full of different flavours that blend with one another. Sashimi was fresh, and the yuzu sorbet dessert provided a refreshing end to the meal. Will be back again for more!

    Very nice omakase location. We had the Hoshi set lunch. The starter and appetisers were light but were already bursting with flavours.The sushi were all very enjoyable with different texture and different preparation techniques. Especially the tuna belly it really melts in your mouth.Chawanmushi was topped with foie gras which is simply lovely and rock melon is best part of the dessert.

    First Omakase experience, well guided and the staff makes us feel comfortable. Very good price, tried the entry menu. Next time will try the other menu with more dishes.
