We are really delighted with all of the staff, especially Hafi. She was really approachable and helpful. It was our first time at the buffet dinner. She ensures that we have a nice dining experience.The next morning, we had breakfast. She remembers us and approaches us with a cheerful attitude. She brightened our day, and as a result, we felt truly welcome. Kudos for her outstanding customer service.

The diversity of the food choices provided was insufficient and fell short of my expectations. Additionally, the level of saltiness was excessive.The service personnel exhibited a lack of professionalism and would benefit from further training to enhance their customer service skills.In conclusion, this establishment is not a suitable option for a family dinner.

My sister brought me to Makan Kitchen for my birthday breakfast. The staff were so friendly right from the counter to the inner restaurant staff. They answered my queries on food choices with a smile. The food was scrumptious. And the juice counter was really refreshing, no extra sugar or ice added, perfect for breakfast. The mascot also came taking pictures with the kids and I just casually mentioned I wanted a picture too coz it's my birthday . The next thing i know, they're coming out singing the birthday song and staff Miss Hafi bringing a birthday cake with candle for me. Truly a wonderful surprise. Very very happy with the service and staffs' friendliness 🥰🥰🥰

The wide spread and variety of foods in breakfast buffet is so great and impressive. I would recommend their Teh Tarik and Indian Food Station where prata and curry are delicious and nice. Their Freshly squeezed Fruit Juice Station is a bit disappointing due to long queue even though the juices were quite refreshing and great. They should have 2-3 juice machine and the service staffs instead of only one staff taking and making all the orders with only one machine. I saw most of the staffs were disappointed due to long queue also. The Chinese station Dim Sum are just so-so. Their Nasi Lemak is quite decent with assorted sambal ( they even serve the Mussel Sambal which was quite interesting n delicious for me🫡) and curry chicken and beef intestine curry I guess. For me, the highlight of Breakfast buffet was Pastries. They served waffle, pancakes, mini donuts and assorted danishes which were freshly baked along with variety of spread such as chocolate, Kaya, strawberry jam, blueberry jam and so on. The breakfast was included in our stay and It was such a great experience to have a high quality breakfast tgt with loved one.

Come here to eat while staying overnight at hotel, attend the weekend seafood buffet dinner, have lobster and unlimited seafoods and many other foods too. Buffet breakfast spread was good with many varieties, eat till too full, haha. Worth to visit.
