in the last weekConvenient location near KSL. Ambience and service were great. Pork ribs came quickly and I do not think it’s made to order. Meat at the top was rather rubbery and not warm, the sauce saved the dish :)

a month agoFood is good and crew were helpful too. The set costs RM55 is good for 2 pax sharing which consists of yummy slab of ribs and half chicken with yummy sides. One set includes 2 drinks too. Ribs were tender and yummy too. Value to buy set. Dining environment is good too. Definitely recommended place to come. Their crew responded very instantly on WhatsApp reservation too.

3 weeks agoTop notch service! Sean and Jenny served us and gave us advice on what to order! As I'm a vegetarian, he will even check if I can take certain ingredients.. Food is nice too! Lastly, we appreciate their sweet gesture for remembering our anniversary by providing complimentary cakes n card! 🫰🥳 Thank you!

3 weeks agoGot the promo set plus 5 glass of beer, the ribs taste good , on the sweet side, carlsberg supposed to be 8% alcohol content but did not taste as such.. added chicharon but a bit salty, need to dip in the vinegar sauce to even out the taste.. the chicken also ok, condiments are serve together , chili sauce is good.Service , the crew tried their best to serve you, ambience is good not so much guest on a Thursday night!Overall ok

a month agoOne of the best Balinese restaurant outside of Bali. I’m quite surprised to find this hidden gem in Johor Bahru. The restaurant is located a stone’s throw away from KSL. As this was my first time there, I decided to get their set dinner menu - Nasi Campur Bali, barbecued pork ribs and accompanied by 2 mocktails. The pork ribs were really juicy and flavourful. They were fork tender as well. A squeeze of lime adds a touch of acidity while the barbecue sauce lends some sweetness to cut through the meat. Overall, I’m really impressed with this dish. The Nasi Campur came with a variety of sides and main. I really love the chicken, the satay and the crispy fried chicken skin. The chili adds some really nice spice and heat to the overall dish.The restaurant ambience was really impressive and has a sheltered outdoor and indoor air conditioned dining area. It has an open kitchen concept where you can see the chefs preparing your meal. There’s also a bar where you can sit and get your drinks from. Perfect place for couples looking for a romantic quiet time or a group of friends to chill in the evening.
