One of the rare restaurants in KL that serve South and Central America cuisines. The chefs innovation in their menu should be applauded. Servers know how to recommend the dishes through their story telling technique of how the dishes came to be. View is not bad except for a construction site right across KLCC and renovation still happening in the restaurant. Best to reserve a table ahead of time.

This is definitely a must visit place that will make you appreciate the art of creating excellent food, superior service, and beautiful views overlooking KL skyline. The whole selection we ordered was mouthwatering, and the flavor combinations were surreal! They have a decent amount of vegetarian options that would also make you want to come back for more! It's one of the best in KL, no doubt!

Fuego delivers: of course there are the immaculate views, but also a warm and hospitable welcome, great service and fabulous food. The ceviches and the beef ribs are perfect. Great value for money.

This unique restaurant, Fuego at Troika Sky Dining brought back beautiful memories for us. It’s been almost a decade since we last dined at this restaurant as we had migrated to another country. You can get a spectacular and amazing view of Malaysia’s Petronas Twin Towers while dining. The food was fantastic and delectable. We ordered Spicy Guacamole with Crispy Sweet Potatoes and Dried Lotus Roots, Smoked Escargot in a Jar, Salmon Ceviche, Crispy Soft Shell Crab and their Famous Fuego Churros. Everything tasted delicious. We hope to visit this restaurant again and check out their latest menu and selection of South American food. Fantastic food. Pleasant ambiance with a spectacular view!

A few night ago we had a great meal at Fuego in KL. An excellent dinner. A South American restaurant with Lebanese wine 23 floors up looking out over a great Asian city. Highlights were the Foie Gras on baked Potato, Ceviche which you don’t see as much as you should in Asia, and possibly the best churro’s we have ever tasted anywhere. Highly recommend. The food scene in KL deserves more respect. The only caveat I’d say at the moment is that the deck dining area is under construction. They do give plenty of warning when you book. But I was surprised that during the evening service construction was still carrying on and you could hear it.I’d also suggest that you ask for dishes to be delivered one at a time. Foods great but sometimes getting two amazing dishes at once does not let you savor them properly, one goes cold. Just a thoughtGreat urban view but just a peak of the towers.Would return but may try one of there other bars.
