a week agoThe service is 10/5 stars! Felicia, who served us, is the best! She gave us the best experience, check in on us as and when (yet not invading), very proactive and going above beyond for us!Food wise, the taste is very good. We got the large "fish + seafood" pot. Both the seafood and fish are very fresh tasting. We got the pepper bone soup as the base, it is very yummy. Felicia, went above n beyond to let is taste all the different soup base. I love the mala soup base too. It is not too oily and quite refreshing.100/100 recommend to check this place out when you come to JB. GOOD service and food!

The seafood here is incredibly fresh — from fish, prawns, scallops, and abalone to lala, everything was top-notch and bursting with flavor. One of the highlights was the pork stomach chicken soup, which was rich, comforting, and absolutely delicious. There’s also a wide variety of broth bases available to suit every preference. The service was outstanding. Our waitress was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful, offering us aprons to prevent any spills and topping up the soup in our hotpot without us even needing to ask.The ambiance leans towards the cozy side, with black walls and dim lighting giving it a modern yet intimate feel. While the prices are slightly on the higher end, the quality of the ingredients and the overall experience make it worthwhile.Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys premium hotpot with excellent service.

a month agoI recently dined at Fat Fish JB and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their seafood dishes! The restaurant's cozy ambiance and friendly service added to the overall pleasant experience. The standout dishes for me were the fish and the seafood platter, which featured a generous selection of fresh prawns, squid, and fish. The flavors were well-balanced, and the portion sizes were generous. I particularly enjoyed the pig stomach soup on a cold day.
