2 months agoA friend recommended this place, and I’ve already been here twice in a week. The seafood hotpot portion is big and fresh. There are several soup bases to choose from. I love the pepper soup flavourful. The service is excellent too. Highly recommend for seafood lovers!

a month agoMy hubby and I have eaten here 3 times. The environment is clean and the air con is super powerful, perfect for eating steaming hot food. The seafood is fresh, esp the prawns, squid and crab. We love the peppery pork bone soup. It is really delicious although we find that the soup gets diluted whenever they topped it up.Overall, we enjoyed our meal a lot and will be back for more.

a month agoThe mini seafood hot pot with pig stomach soup based here is delicious rich with peppery goodness, perfect for those who love a little kick in their soup. The seafood is fresh, and the staff are well-trained and polite. They serve the food promptly, recommend which item to begin with. I am Impressed with the staffs detail explaination. They are also generous and quick to top up the soup when needed. While the food is definitely 5 stars, the environment could be better. Some of the seats cushion are torn badly had and I noticed a bit of dust around. A little warning for diners, watch out for the lampshades above when you stand up, it’s easy to bump into them if u are tall.🤣Is the food worth trying? Absolutely! Despite the small issues with the setting, the quality of the soup and service makes it a must-try. 🏻 this is better than a famous lala hot pot

a month agoI have dined at Fat Fish and experienced commendable service from the friendly and professional staff. However, we faced a long wait of about 30 minutes for our food.Upon receiving our dishes, I discovered a shiny piece of plastic, measuring about 5 to 7 cm, mixed in with the green cabbage. Initially thinking it was just yellowish cabbage, I quickly realized the issue and reported it to the staff. She was very apologetic, though it wasn’t her fault, and offered a squid side dish as compensation. After some discussion, she was able to bring me the buttery squid instead, which was delicious. While the overall seafood was good, finding plastic in our meal was deeply disappointing and left a very weird feeling in my mouth. It truly traumatized us, and we left with a bad taste that overshadowed the evening. Although we appreciated the staff's efforts, we felt a discount would have been a more appropriate response. I doubt I will visit the premises again, as this experience has left a lasting impression. I hope the restaurant can enhance its service recovery and maintain better cleanliness in the future.

4 weeks agoGot their pork broth soup, flavour was intense and peppery. Seafood mixed with the broth was succulent and juicy. Amount of seafood given was generous especially the clams! On top of the food, the staff were great. They helped with recommendations on which soup base and gave drinks while waiting for our seats. Friendly and always asking if we need any other thingsHowever might be a long wait for a table without reservation beforehand
