Wow, what an amazing dining experience at Basil Pasta House! The mozzarella cheese dip was smooth, rich, and the perfect accompaniment for the crispy pasta bites. The prawns in garlic oil were fresh and deliciously fragrant. But the real star was the soft-shell crab risotto – creamy, indulgent, and packed with so much flavor. Every dish felt like it was made with love. Highly recommended for anyone who loves Italian fusion!
Reservation is recommended as it may be full due to high number of crowds during peak periods. All of the dishes ordered were very delicious and worth a try and they have very good service as well.
Aglio Olio - a bit sweet not spicy but got peppercorn smell and not dried one got a bit sauce.
Squid Ink Pasta - recommend not to put sun-dried tomatoes as its cover all the seafood taste but very nice with the garlic, and also the tomatoes brings the pasta to be sweet. 🤔
Mushroom Soup was normal.
It is an Italian pasta place with a wide variety to choose from. We ordered Aglio Olio spaghetti add on with chicken on one plate and bacon on the other. Pork Bolognese spaghetti and Carbonara Cream Sauce and cheese fondue completed our dinner meal for the evening. I personally prefer the less creamy Aglio Olio but my kids loved the creamy carbonara. Due to the packed crowd, we were given a pre booked place upstair. We are the only customer at the first floor. Service is good and responsive. The assigned service ambassador could be more friendly if he could smile n be cheerful. If you love pasta Italian style, do pat a visit to this place. Book before you dine. It is located along the "Chinese food" Street in Kuchai Entrepreneur Park. Enjoy your meal or buon appetito!
Good selection of food and excellent quality! I absolutely enjoyed both pastas (Smoked Duck meat with truffle sauce & Meatball Pasta), the meatballs were handmade, succulent and delicious! The mushroom soup on the other hand was a little watery and salty for me, but my friend liked it :)
