a week agoOpted for the Hoshi omakase meal with high includes a 10 course sushi, zensai, cold dish, chawanmushi, dessert and soup.The ambiance was intimate and serene with neutral-like decoration.The demonstration presentation of the dishes were neat. The chef's explanations of each dish added an educational layer to the experience, allowing us to appreciate the thought and technique behind every plate. Main highlight was the shrimp-foie gras-caviar nigiri. The foie gras was so perfectly cooked and delicious that it melted in my mouth 🥹. The second main highlight was the octopus legs, it was super tender.The pacing can be improved to allow us to savor each bite without feeling rushed

6 months agoAbsolutely love my dining experience at Sushi Shin! Ordered the omakase set lunch. Chef was engaging and friendly. Food is tasty. Service here is superb! They are very attentive and are always standing nearby ready to help you. Am totally blown away by the service provided by the staff here! From bringing the plates down from the platform, opening the toilet door, to pushing in your chair! Thank you to all the staff at Sushi Shin for making my dining experience here such a pleasant one and making me feel like a VIP!

3 weeks agoHad a great dining experience here. Although I was not able to have seafood on that day, I didn't have a shortfall on omakase. We will be back for another dinner surprise soon.

7 months agoWent here for a birthday celebration. Had the RMB1288++ set. The food is great, and the service is fantastic. It checks out all the boxes except "value for money." Comparing it to Japan and Singapore, the price is a little too steep. Can reduce or remove 1 or 2 dishes, too. It's really filling. Fish is really fresh. Had a little surprise element and fresh fruits is a great touch. Won't recommend for children and people who don't like raw food.

8 months agoWe randomly ended up in this sushi bar, although it's better to book places in advance. But we were lucky, and they found two seats for us. The dishes were exquisitely prepared. The sushi chefs work like jewelers, doing their job very meticulously. We ordered a set for 488, and it turned more than expected. But the main thing was that each new dish brought a new taste, and it felt like a long journey. We especially enjoyed watching the preparation process. It was a bit hipnotizing. I definitely recommend this place for a date, a place where you can impress friends or partners.
